I'm keen to have as much time as possible before removing any packages,
since we're still using them in the Foreman project.

I plan on adopting the CentOS SCLo rebuilds soon, but not having
packages that we're referring to in installation instructions and code
disappear would be ideal, as updating our older releases is more work.
