[scl.org] python27 rpm not found

Hi,

We use a chef cookbook to install python virtual env which downloads
python27 from your website (shown below). It was working until last week
and now this url returns 404/

https://www.softwarecollections.org/en/scls/rhscl/python27/epel-6-x86_64/download/rhscl-python27-epel-6-x86_64.noarch.rpm

Could you please check why this has been removed and add it soon if
possible.
