[scl.org] Weird behavior of httpd24-httpd

Hi all,

I'm facing an issue that seems specific to httpd24-httpd from scl and I'm
having hard time to understand were / how to report the bug properly.

Where can I look if my issue is already identified ?

How can I report a new one ?
