[scl.org] New git package

[Souvignier, Daniel]

Hi all,

 

due to GitLab requiring at least git 2.9 for their new 9.0 release which
will be released on 22nd March, something needs to be done either here or on
distro side. Is it possible to do a new software collection with the recent
git version (should be 2.12 as of now)?
