We install it from Upstream repository.

In general what are the difference between postgresql95 and rh-postgresql95?

how do you install Postgres 9.5 in CentOS? Since it may be different answer for the two cases bellow:

1) install from CentOS SCLo SIG repos:

  yum install centos-release-scl-rh
  yum install rh-postgresql95

2) install from Upstream repos:

  yum install https://download.postgresql.org/pub/repos/yum/9.5/redhat/rhel-7-x86_64/pgdg-centos95-9.5-3.noarch.rpm
  yum install postgresql95-server
