[scl.org] softwarecollections.org migration and downtime

As announced previously, the softwarecollections.org website will be
migrated to a new host. The expected time for this to happen is next
Thursday (2018-08-09) at 10:00 CEST.

During the migration itself, the site will be switched to maintenance
mode and made inaccessible. The planned downtime should be about an hour
long.

Please report any issues with the site after that date directly to me
and I will try to remedy them ASAP.

I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
