[scl.org] Can't install SCL

I realised that part of the issue is that devtoolset-4 isn't supported.
Unfotunately I really need that version, as my clients don't support newer
versions of gcc. I know it's not officially supported, but what will happen
if I use the latest scl and try to install

https://centos.pkgs.org/7/centos-sclo-rh-testing/devtoolset-4-gcc-c++-5.3.1-6.1.el7.x86_64.rpm.html

please?
