[scl.org] scl.org website migration and downtime

The softwarecollections.org website will be migrated to a new host
during next Monday (2018-07-02). During the migration itself, the site
will be switched to maintenance mode and made inaccessible. The planned
downtime should be about an hour long.

Please report any issues with the site after that date directly to me
and I will try to remedy them ASAP.

I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
