[scl.org] Upcoming update of softwarecollections.org (2018-10-26)

The softwarecollections.org implementation [1] has undergone several
changes and updates [2], primarily in the preparation for eventual
deployment to OpenShift. These updates will be (hopefully) pushed live
at the end of this week (2018-10-26). This should be relatively smooth
update without noticeable downtime – but please be patient in case
something will go wrong.
