From nperelman at LGSInnovations.com Tue Sep 11 18:55:48 2018 From: nperelman at LGSInnovations.com (Perelman, Nathan) Date: Tue, 11 Sep 2018 18:55:48 +0000 Subject: [scl.org] devtoolset-7-libquadmath-devel.i686 missing from CentOS 7 SCL Repo Message-ID: <070412f8ecdf4047b143efc01fe981c3@LGS-EX01.lgsdirect.com> devtoolset-7-libquadmath-devel.i686 is listed as being included in the Redhat distribution (e.g. on http://download.rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2018-2604.html ) but is not present in the CentOS one ( http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/sclo/x86_64/rh/devtoolset-7/ ). The same is true of the other i686 RPMs (e.g. devtoolset-7-libstdc++-devel, etc.). Would it be possible to get them added to the CentOS repo? -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... The packages were rebuilt on top of rh-nodejs6 (for EPEL 6) or rh-nodejs8 (for EPEL 7). With these, the rh-ror42 collection should no longer depend on EOL-ed rh-nodejs4. If you are using this collection, please consider testing it and submit any relevant feedback, either to this ML, or to me directly. Yes, AFAIK that's intentional. It's still in Vault, though: http://vault.centos.org/7.5.1804/sclo/Source/rh/ruby22/ There's some repository for vault, but I'm not sure where to find that- maybe Jan will know(CC). > > $ docker run -it centos:6 /bin/bash > > [root at 16441b388bc9 /]# yum install centos-release-scl > > [root at 16441b388bc9 /]# yum install git19 rh-ruby22 > > Loaded plugins: fastestmirror, ovl > > Setting up Install Process > > Determining fastest mirrors > > * base: ftpmirror.your.org > > * extras: mirror.tzulo.com > > * updates: mirrors.usinternet.com > > centos-sclo-rh | 2.9 kB 00:00 > > centos-sclo-rh/primary_db | 1.2 MB 00:01 > > centos-sclo-sclo | 2.9 kB 00:00 > > centos-sclo-sclo/primary_db | 151 kB 00:00 > > No package git19 available. > > No package rh-ruby22 available. > > Error: Nothing to do > > > > > -- > > > Trey Dockendorf > > > HPC Systems Engineer > > > Ohio Supercomputer Center > Regards, -- Pavel Valena Software Engineer, Red Hat Brno, Czech Republic From tdockendorf at osc.edu Thu Sep 13 15:45:22 2018 From: tdockendorf at osc.edu (Dockendorf, Trey) Date: Thu, 13 Sep 2018 15:45:22 +0000 Subject: [scl.org] Unable to access some EOL collections for EL6 In-Reply-To: <1522743232.7079813.1536853221443.JavaMail.zimbra@redhat.com> References: <1522743232.7079813.1536853221443.JavaMail.zimbra@redhat.com> Message-ID: <837040A2-D30A-4F30-8DD7-C1AB5E528301@osc.edu> I managed to find the needed SCL packages we still use by using 6.8 vault. -- Trey Dockendorf HPC Systems Engineer Ohio Supercomputer Center ?On 9/13/18, 11:40 AM, "Pavel Valena" wrote: ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Trey Dockendorf" > To: sclorg at redhat.com > Sent: Wednesday, September 12, 2018 6:58:00 PM > Subject: [scl.org] Unable to access some EOL collections for EL6 > > > > I have noticed that some EOL collections we still rely are on no longer > accessible on CentOS 6.
