[scl.org] devtoolset-7-libquadmath-devel.i686 missing from CentOS 7 SCL Repo

devtoolset-7-libquadmath-devel.i686 is listed as being included in the
Redhat distribution (e.g. on
http://download.rhn.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2018-2604.html ) but is not
present in the CentOS one (
http://mirror.centos.org/centos/7/sclo/x86_64/rh/devtoolset-7/ ). The same
is true of the other i686 RPMs (e.g. devtoolset-7-libstdc++-devel, etc.).
Would it be possible to get them added to the CentOS repo?
