[scl.org] Are the software collections for MySQL57 and MySQL80 based on the community editions or the enterprise edititons

My server engineering team is hoping that the RH software collections for MySQL57 and MySQL80 are based on the enterprise MySQL editions (not open source) and contain the enterprise MySQL Backup utility.  Could you confirm what the base edition of MySQL is for the MySQL software collections?
