[scl.org] (Another) softwarecollections.org migration

Hi list,
given the changes in datacenters the softwarecollections.org webapp is
hosted in, it will have to be migrated to a new one within next two
weeks. I'm currently ironing some last issues, and I will begin the
migration as soon as I'm fairly confident that everything works.

However, I might need to get the switch done on a rather short notice,
so consider this your early warning. I will send another annoucement
once I know the final date, hopefully at least 24 hours in advance.
It should be no later that Feb 15th (2022-02-15).
