Thanks for posting this Adrien. Ack to the content - this is definitely an
improvement over the status quo and while I think we should be reviewing both
the examples and guidelines (this won't take long as we don't really have any ;)
for plugin authors I think this patch makes sense as an incremental improvement
over the current example.
