I think there's still value in maintaining both - especially if we're interested
in sos being used outside of RPM based environments the in-tree ChangeLog still
has uses.

I think if we get things right in how we commit changes upstream the maintenance
of both the spec file and package ChangeLog can be largely automated and based
on the git log output.
