It's a bit later than we'd planned but there are a number of
projects (OpenStack esp) trying to land changes before the next
upstream release.

We also have some internal housekeeping that needs to get done
before a 3.3 release.

I would like to get it out before the end of November to fit to
downstream schedules but the first priority is getting the fixes
and features needed.

Do you have particular issues in mind for the release?

I would like to have it in our next LTS release which is 16.04 so april 2016.
Sounds like it will be out by then.
