[sos-devel] sos-4.2 has been released

The sos team is pleased to announce the release of sos-4.2 today in 
upstream!

Also note, that we have now renamed the `master` branch to the `main` 
branch, in accordance with several neutral language initiatives. 
Currently open PRs should have been automatically updated accordingly, 
however contributors will need to update their own local environments to 
reflect this change. One such way of doing so is running the following 
in your local checkout:

    git branch -m master main
    git fetch origin
    git branch -u origin/main main
    git remote set-head origin -a

Once again I would like to thank all of our contributors for the work 
that went into this release - one of our largest yet!
