[Spacewalk-list] Assigning a configuration channel to an activationkey

Before you can assign a config channel to an activation key, you'll need
to create the channel under 'Configuration', 'Create a New Configuration
Channel'.

I haven't actually done this with Spacewalk yet but it works fine in RHN
Satellite.
