[Spacewalk-list] Assigning entitlements to secondary orgs

Hi Mike,

thanks for your help, but it doesn't work.
In my /etc/rhn/rhn.conf

web.is_monitoring_backend =

and with rhn-satellite-activate --disconnected doesn't change that.
I have added manualy 1 to web.is_monitoring_backend but after restart 
Spacewalk, the problem is still there.
