Hmm, I thought I'd bugzilla'd that one.  Easiest fix is to just create those
four directories, copy a single rpm from the main RPMS directory into them,
and run createrepo on them.  Then it merrily skips on by.  The alternative of
editing the source, rebuilding the rpm, then creating a new kickstart profile
also works.
