[Spacewalk-list] Trouble registering a CentOS 5.1 client

I've tried following the instructions
https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/RegisteringClients for
registering a client. Also when I select the "Register System" through
spacewalk, it looks like the index.jsp is not there. Anyway below is
what I get when I follow the wiki-page. So far I haven't been able to
track down what the problem is, any help would be appreciated.
I'm running spacewalk 0.1 on CentOS 5.1 system. The client is also
CentOS 5.1. I created a Universal activation key and a key for a
channel, and I've tried both, with the same results.
Thanks
Len
