[Spacewalk-list] Client Tools for EL4/EL5

Cliff, yeah, I'll put this on the wiki somewhere.  I did update the
registering clients page already.

Also, I just uploaded a few of the missing EL4 packages. I included
up2date, because CentOS patches out the rhn registration functionality
by default.  I am not sure about EVR conflicts between the versions,
as I haven't made it to work to check yet.  If it needs minor
adjusting, I'll do that today/tonight.
