[Spacewalk-list] Configuration management

Yeah that part is a bit broken for space walk.. Basically the code tries 
to subscribe you to the Rhn Tools Channel which doesn't exist for 
Spacewalk. Your system should be config management enabled if you 
installed the packages you listed, ran rhn_check and provided 
provisioning entitlements to your system.
