[Spacewalk-list] new F9 repo and GPG key change

This repo is now live:

http://spacewalk.redhat.com/yum/fedora/9/i386/

This will allow users to install the client packages so you can register 
Fedora machines to spacewalk.  More information here:

We also moved our RPM-GPG-KEY here:

http://spacewalk.redhat.com/yum/RPM-GPG-KEY-spacewalk

so all the repositories can use it.
