I got this one!  You need to install rhel-instnum on the spacewalk
server.  It's a missed dependency..  (There's a bug on it already, but
I dont have the # handy)

yum install rhel-instnum

(CentOS does not have this.  I downloaded the SRPM for RHEL 5 and
compiled it myself)
