User nocpulse.
It it generated during installation of package NPusers (or 
nocpulse-common in upcoming 0.3 release).

Navigate to:
Monitoring -> Scout Config Push -> Arbitrary scout in list
And you get the ssh key, which you should put to the remote monitored 
host to ~nocpulse/.ssh/authorized_keys
