[Spacewalk-list] Certificate problem

Hi,

When i running  the gen-oss-sat-cert.pl script, For Resign/sign the
certificate
I'm getting following error

[root at turtle scripts]# perl gen-oss-sat-cert.pl --dsn
spacewalk/spacewalk at xe--signer 5F3AF255 --resign template-eval.cert
Passphrase:
Error opening cert to resign: No such file or directory at
gen-oss-sat-cert.pl line 45, <STDIN> line 1.

How can i solve this problem?
Where should i have to create template.cert file?
Please help me.
