The Dependency issue has been fixed in spacewalk 0.2 for dispatcher. So 
osa-dispatcher depends on spacewalk-backend instead of rhns. My 
suggestion is, un install osa-dispatcher running on 0.1, upgrade your 
server to 0.2 and reinstall osa-dispatcher from 0.2 repo.
