[Spacewalk-list] internal server error 500 when trying to upload packages.

It looks like Oracle probably died. I recommend you reboot the whole 
system to make sure Oracle stops and starts fully (the oracle-xe service 
doesn't always work correctly for me) and then run the Oracle bugfixes 
at the end of the Oracle Setup page:

sqlplus spacewalk/spacewalk at xe
 > alter system set processes = 400 scope=spfile;
 > alter system set "_optimizer_filter_pred_pullup"=false scope=spfile;
 > alter system set "_optimizer_cost_based_transformation"=off scope=spfile;
 > commit;

That should prevent the Oracle crash from happening again.
