[Spacewalk-list] uploads failing and so is taskomatic

I'm having trouble uploading my reposync'd ackages and noticed that 
taskomatic was bombing...

here's the output.

what logs should I be looking at?
   I don't get an error in any logs when I run rhnpush as well.
