[Spacewalk-list] Creating Certificate

Hi,

For creating  certificate, I'm following  below  site

While installing GPG keys into webapp I'm in confuse
How can we set web.gpg_keyring into /etc/rhn/default/rhn_web.conf?
Then,How can we add keys into /etc/webapp-keyring.gpg?

When i run this script it shows following statement

[root at turtle ~]# perl gen-oss-sat-cert.pl
Can't open perl script "gen-oss-sat-cert.pl": No such file or directory

What should have to do for this problem?
Please help me.
