Cobbler got rid of a legacy internal YAML implementation and Spacewalk
expected that it could still use the module that
cobbler packaged by importing it inside of cobbler's namespace.

cobbler-setup in Spacewalk 0.6 should correctly "import yaml", which
gets the module from the PyYAML package, which cobbler now requires.

As an aside, /usr/bin/cobbler-setup should probably be
/usr/bin/spacewalk-cobbler-setup to make it clear that it's part of
Spacewalk, not cobbler.
