[Spacewalk-list] Failed: Packages failed to install properly: No package(s) available to install

I noticed when I imported a load of new packages that although they
appeared within Spacewalk straight away running yum from a client
would say they're not there. However later the same day it worked fine
so it could be that it takes a while for Spacewalk to recreate it's
yum metadata files (repodata.xml and stuff under /var/cache/rhn) with
the new content. Make sure you do "yum clean all" on the client to
force it to download the metadata again.
