[Spacewalk-list] Package List never gets refreshed

you can select +100 servers and then in system set manager -> channel :
Unsubscribe one channel for +100 server an subscribe back the same  
channel again to this +100 server.
Or subscripe a channel and unsubscribe this channel.
For me this helps for now to update the package state.
