Am I supposed to have a Spacewalk Configuration Certificate by this point?
Because it's missing currently.  I've been following the installation
instructions on the Wiki and have not seen anything yet that prompts me to
generate one in the list of steps to install Spacewalk 0.5.  It's listed
after the step I'm stuck on.
