Well is it?

If you've not installed the gpg keys for the rpms you're trying to install on
the target machine, then it's going to reject it.  Spacewalk has management
of gpg keys built in as far as newly provisioned machines, but assuming
nothing new has sprung up in 0.6 you'll need to handle installing those keys
on the clients yourself.  Within spacewalk you could use the custom commands
to do that, else just do it yourself via ssh.
