[Spacewalk-list] error with apache after initial setup

I am new to spacewalk and going through the install steps.

I have run into a problem with apache startup after initially running the "spacewalk-setup -disconnected".  Here are the last comments from the setup command:

Cobbler requires tftp and xinetd services be turned on for PXE provisioning functionality. Enable these services (y/n, default = 'y')?y
* Restarting services.
Tomcat failed to start properly or the installer ran out of tries.  Please check /var/log/tomcat5/catalina.out for errors.
Installation complete.
Visit https://patch01-opus to create the Spacewalk administrator account.

Not sure why the services are dying, but it seems to start with apache.  I do have the following in ld.so.conf.d/oracle-lib-compat.conf:

/usr/lib/oracle/10.2.0.4/client/lib
/usr/lib/oracle/xe/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/server/lib

Here is what I get in the /var/log/httpd/error.log

What can I do to get PERL/Apache to find the libraries?
