[Spacewalk-list] Child Channel not showing?

All,

Following the directions found here:

However, when I go to set the Base Channel, I do not see the child
Channel I created earlier.  I did set ORACLE_HOME
in /etc/sysconfig/httpd as suggested here:

https://fedorahosted.org/spacewalk/wiki/HowToInstall

though I did it afterwards.

Suggestions?
