Well... I realized that the sm and c2s services hadn't been running
correctly... well... ever. To fix this, I essentially just deleted the
jabber db:
rm -f /var/lib/jabberd/db/*
Once I restarted, osa-dispatcher started up just fine... the jabber db
was recreated... and things look happy.
