Or the jabberd auth database has got out of sync with the osad configuration
during the upgrade....

Check in /var/lib/jabberd/db and strings them to get the authentication
details to match to /etc/hrn/rhn.conf ....

Or blow away the files in /var/lib/jabberd/db and let osa-dispatcher plus
osad on the various systems re-register themselves with new credentials

The above is if you do see router, c2c, s2s etc etc running on a
/sbin/service jabberd status check and netstat showing listening ports....
