Hello,

SELinux support for config files is a fairly new feature and may have 
bugs.  To help track this down, and possibly fix it, can you please do 
the following:

# cd /usr/share/rhn/config_common/
# patch -p5 < /path/to/attached/patch

And schedule a config compare?
