Looks like your jdbc url is not set:

"identityToken -> 54140fee, jdbcUrl -> , properties -> {user=******,
password=******} "

is

hibernate.connection.username=spacewalk
hibernate.connection.password=spacewalk
hibernate.connection.url=jdbc:oracle:thin:@localhost:1521:xe

set in /etc/rhn/rhn.conf?
