what do you see in /var/log/up2date? Any more detailed info you can
share with us?
FYI, when you register with an --activationkey you don't need the
--username and --password flags.

XMLRPC is a dynamic python handler for your inbound RPC calls to
spacewalk, it isn't an actual file, FYI ...
