We're running with an external database, and these oracle packages:

	oracle-instantclient-devel-10.2.0.3-1
	oracle-nofcontext-selinux-0.1-23.2.el5
	oracle-instantclient-sqlplus-10.2.0.3-1
	oracle-instantclient-selinux-10.2-6.el5
	oracle-instantclient-basic-10.2.0.3-1
	oracle-lib-compat-10.2-16.el5
	oracle-instantclient-jdbc-10.2.0.3-1

I believe the change that made this not work must have been the upgrade
to RHEL 5u3. We had u2 initially when upgrading to spacewalk 0.4.
