rhn-profile-sync in cron would do the job... you may want to randomise
the time each server does this though, since you won't want the whole of
your estate hitting the spacewalk server at the same time for obvious
reasons.

For frequency, it really depends on how much lag you want to have
between the hardware change and the profile update, running
rhn-profile-sync in cron.weekly/monthly should do the trick.
