Spacewalk can't find your oracle jdbc driver. Make sure you have
oracle-lib-compat
installed. There should be a symlink from
/var/lib/tomcat5/webapps/rhn/WEB-INF/lib/ojdbc14-1.10.jar to
/usr/share/java/ojdbc14.jar.
