[Spacewalk-list] Child channel sharing?

Any Ideas?

I have set all my channels to All Users/Public, and I still have the
same issue, where I can subscribe to the base channel, but I don't even
see the child channels as available under the Software->Software
Channels tab under the system.   If I go to Channels I can see all my
shared channels.   The user that I'm using is an org admin.
