And can you make sure you have in file:
  /etc/httpd/conf.d/zz-spacewalk-www.conf
those lines:
AddType text/pxt .pxt
<Files *.pxt>
   SetHandler perl-script
   PerlHandler PXT::ApacheHandler
</Files>

And even check apache log for some potential error message (beside that 
404).
