[Spacewalk-list] question about install/upgrade packages not being picked up by the guest

is there another way to debug osad and  why this error is given in
spacewalk:

 stlottodb.info.nl 	 5/26/09 2:16:41 PM CEST  Failed: There was a
communication error talking to the server
