[Spacewalk-list] getDmi in api returns empty

Hello,

when I try to call

system.getDmi

through the webapi with perl, all but one of my systems return no data
(i.e. the call succeeds, but the object returned has no data). The
appropriate data is present and shows in the spacewalk interface on
the "hardware" page for all the systems.

the system.getDmi calls all appear in the rhn_web_api.log

With debugging turned on in the frontier connection the response shows

Can you advise where to look to investigate the cause?
